The Alaska Mariculture Alliance coordinates a regional liaison program to provide outreach and education on mariculture activities and opportunities. Liaisons work in five regions of the state and ensure two-way communication between the industry and local communities, supporting those who want to get involved and ensuring that community feedback is relayed back to industry. This program seeks to empower Alaskans to engage in our growing industry and support coastal community development.
