Mariculture Photo Contest

The Alaska Mariculture Alliance and the Alaska Mariculture Cluster invite you to enter in the Mariculture Photo Contest!

Enter for a chance to win cash prizes and have your photos displayed at the Mariculture Photography Gallery at the 4th Annual Mariculture Conference of Alaska! Photo entries will be judged by a panel of local photographers. Contest winners will be announced at the Mariculture Conference of Alaska and by email on February 18, 2025, with one final vote for a public choice award of conference attendees. The deadline to enter the contest is February 7, 2025.

We’re looking to build our media library with photos that show off Alaska’s diverse mariculture industry – especially seeking photos that give a glimpse into lives of those in our industry. Show us why you do it, how you do it, and what you do with it for your chance to win!

By entering the Mariculture Photo Contest and submitting photos, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
The Alaska Mariculture Alliance (AMA) and the Alaska Mariculture Cluster (AMC) reserve the right to free reproduction and altering of all photo submissions. AMA and AMC obtains the right to share photo submissions with Alaska mariculture industry members, and promotional partners around the world for the purpose of marketing, outreach, and education. For each entered image, AMA and AMC will have unlimited usage rights in perpetuity for all formats and in all locations. When a photo is submitted to the AMA Mariculture Photo Contest it immediately becomes considered an AMA and AMC asset, which can be used by any person, partner or business to whom AMA grants permission. Photo credit is not guaranteed for all uses of images.
